DueDili is operated by Alpine Code (ABN 83 774 179 276).
Not professional advice
DueDili is an information aggregation service. The reports and data provided through our website and API do not constitute legal, financial, property, planning, environmental, or any other form of professional advice. Alpine Code does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), a real estate licence, or any professional advisory licence.
You should always consult qualified professionals and verify information with the relevant government authority before making property, investment, or planning decisions.
No commissions or affiliations
DueDili does not receive commissions, referral fees, or payments from any government agency, real estate agent, property developer, or third party. We have no financial relationship with any entity whose data we display.
Data sources and accuracy
All data is sourced from publicly available Australian government databases including:
- G-NAF (Geocoded National Address File) — address data
- NSW Planning Portal — zoning and flood data
- BOCSAR — crime statistics
- Transport for NSW — public transport stops
- NSW Education — school catchment zones
- ABS Census — demographic data
- NSW Heritage Management System — heritage listings
- NSW Valuer General — land valuations
- Council revenue policies — council rates
These datasets are updated at varying frequencies by their respective agencies. There may be delays between when a government source is updated and when those changes appear in DueDili. We make no guarantee that data is current at the time of your query.
Coverage limitations
DueDili currently covers New South Wales only. Not all data points are available for every address. Some datasets have partial coverage — for example, not all NSW councils are represented in our rates data. Missing data does not mean the absence of a risk or condition — it means we do not yet have that information.
Beta service
DueDili is currently in beta. Features, data coverage, API endpoints, and pricing are subject to change. The service may experience downtime, errors, or data quality issues during this period.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), Alpine Code and its operators accept no liability for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your use of or reliance on information provided through the Service. This includes, without limitation, any decisions made about property purchases, investments, development applications, or insurance based on DueDili data.
